Jason Duval

Brian Heder

He lets Jason Duval live rent-free in one of his properties, in exchange for the occasional favor or just sharing a glass of sangria with Lori. Behind his relaxed vibe lies a sharp, strategic mind and decades of underworld experience. Brian represents the old guard of Vice City crime and he’s not ready to step aside just yet.
